Enjoy the View
Located high up on a bluff overlooking Trincomali Channel, we offer one of the most spectacular wedding ceremony sites on the West Coast. Featuring a true British Columbian view - panoramic ocean vista with broken islands & the epic backdrop of Vancouver Island's mountains.
Just a short walk up from the lodge this site could not be more private or serene. Included with all our weddings is the supply and set up of the ceremony included our custom-made cedar benches, signing table and optional refreshments.

Music and Media
Some guests want live music. Others prefer to create a playlist. Alternatively, we can recommend a skilled DJ who works many Bodega weddings or several great bands. In all events, you have use of our in-house Sonos sound system and Bose S-1 monitors.
We have an additional system for the wedding ceremony site that you can play off any device and a cordless microphone.
43" Curved HD Television (HDMI Input) should your bridal party have something special to share. High-speed WiFi is also accessible throughout the resort for your guests’ convenience.
Food & Beverages
Our South African-made stretch tent is ideal for al fresco dining in the warmer months and can seat up to 150. In cooler weather, our woodstove heated dining hall holds up to 60 people.
Our menu features as much Galiano-grown ingredients as possible, including vegetables, herbs and fruit which is grown onsite at our farm. We strive to support our local farming community and feature organic ingredients as much as possible.
As a fully licensed venue, we can supply the wine, spirits and beer of your choice. We have a fully-stocked bar and six taps featuring the finest from Four Winds, Hoyne, Strange Fellows and Brassneck to name a few. If you’d like help selecting a bar menu, Bodega Ridge features local craft beer, artisan cider and a wine list featuring many offerings from the Okanagan, Vancouver Island & the Southern Gulf Islands.
